#BreakingNews : Emerging Punk Rock Band 'BAJARINGAN' Takes the Music Scene by Storm

The music world has a new name to watch: BAJARINGAN. Formed in early 2023 in Bandar Lampung, this punk rock band is quickly making a name for themselves. Comprised of Dika (vocals), Raja (guitar), Angga (guitar), Iqbal (bass), and Bayu (drums), Bajaringan started as a spontaneous project during a small university performance in their hometown.
Initially playing classic punk music reminiscent of the Sex Pistols and the Ramones, Bajaringan soon began performing at local gigs, captivating audiences with their raw energy and distinctive sound. In late 2023, they released their debut single, "SALLY NGGA SENDIRI." With minimalist material, fast tempos, and rough guitar riffs, the song is both a declaration of their presence and a welcome to the local music scene. The single is dedicated to women who have overcome introversion and are celebrating newfound freedom.
Mid-2024 saw Bajaringan release their first Extended Play (EP) titled "MANNEQUIN," featuring five tracks:

3. **I KISS YOUR GIRLFRIEND IN MY ROOM**
4. **SUPER PUNK TERROR**
5. **MANNEQUIN**

The EP addresses everyday struggles, from gossip and betrayal to the corruption and moral decay within the government. "MANNEQUIN," the title track, critiques how money can corrupt and dehumanize individuals, reflecting on the harsh realities of life and the choices people must make, even when they are wrong.

Bajaringan's gritty, organic style and relatable lyrics are resonating with fans, making them a band to follow closely in the punk rock scene.
