#BreakingNews : SANTET to Unleash 12th Full-Length Album "CRUELTY IN THE SORCERER'S LAND" on May 4, 2025!
Purwokerto’s legendary Javanese Black Metal force, SANTET, is set to release their highly anticipated 12th full-length album, Cruelty in the Sorcerer's Land, on May 4, 2025. This album will feature 10 tracks of hellish hymns inspired by the dark folklore of Java’s mystical lands.
The album will be released under BLACK ANCHOR PROD (Malaysia) for Asia and MASTER OF KAOS RECORDS (Colombia) for Europe and Latin America.
Coinciding with the album’s release, SANTET will celebrate their 28th anniversary with a monumental event titled Hellniversary 28 Years & Launching New Album #12 SANTET. The event will feature 14 Metal bands from Indonesia and Malaysia, marking an unholy gathering of extreme music.
A Legacy of Darkness Since 1997
SANTET was founded by Budi Blackustadz and Rudy Hailstorm in May 1997 after the split of their previous band, TRACTORS. Over the years, SANTET has solidified itself as a pioneering force in Javanese Black Metal, crafting relentless and ritualistic sonic assaults rooted in dark mysticism.
