“Parasit Iblis” is a crushing Deathcore anthem that delves deep into the human struggle against inner demons and toxic influences—referred to metaphorically as “parasites” or “devils.” The song captures emotions of loneliness, frustration, and the burning desire to break free from negative forces, wrapped in a sonic experience that is both aggressive and emotionally raw.

For the first time, BLANC ET NOIR showcases a dual-vocalist assault—Hardian Iswanto and Andri—whose dynamic and brutally expressive performances add an extra layer of depth and intensity to the track. Compared to their previous work, “Parasit Iblis” features a heavier, more tightly packed vocal character that resonates with the pain and fury echoed in the lyrics.

Musically, the band delivers their signature high-energy Deathcore arrangement—fierce guitar riffs from Teten and Irlan Nurdansyah, thunderous bass from Albar Rudiawan Nurmadjid, and relentless drumming by Ega Apriadi—all working together to bring listeners to the edge of catharsis.

The band’s name, BLANC ET NOIR, meaning “White and Black” in French, represents the eternal contrast between good and evil, clarity and confusion, joy and despair. This philosophy is at the core of their music—embracing life’s grey areas and expressing intense emotions through dark, unrelenting soundscapes.

Since their formation in March 2011, BLANC ET NOIR has journeyed through the evolving landscape of Indonesia’s heavy music scene.
